Pho bo striploin
Pho Bo with veal, rice noodles and spices: broth on a sugar bone with the addition of celery, leeks, carrots and spices - cardamom, star anise, coriander, cloves, apple. Served with rice noodles, striploin, mayashi sprouts, when served, garnished with cilantro, basil, mint, red onion and ginger. Serve with 4 sauces: sriracha, fish sauce, garlic chili vinegar, fermented soybeans.
