The Jerusalem mix was invented in 1970 at the "Hatzot" restaurant. It all started when the owner- Avraham Agami, discovered that he did not have enough charcoal to grill the meat. So he decided to roast the meat on an iron plate heated on the stove. Kosher by the Rabbinate of Jerusalem
