The Anita group's story began in the kitchen of mother Anita who was known in the neighborhood for her jams and special pastries.
Nir, her youngest son, who was responsible for the development of new flavors, worked night and day to combine his mother's creations into his ice cream in order excite his customers.
And so, in 2002 Nir, together with his brother Adi, opened a boutique ice cream shop in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood that eventually became a worldwide ice cream chain with more than 20 branches around the world, called "Anita".
And so was born "Golda" - the Israeli ice cream chain from the "Anita" group that has about 140 branches spread out all over the country, from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat.
