The story of Itai Golan (Gingi) begins in the green chickpea fields of Kibbutz Einat. It was love at first sight. Over the years, the boy grew up and became a proud farmer who leads the field crops branch in the kibbutz but never stops dreaming of opening his own hummus place. Itai plows the land lengthwise and widthwise, tasting hummus of every texture and style, until in 2004 "Gingi's hummus" was born, at the entrance of the kibbutz. Gingi's hummus is the connection to the earth, to nature, to roots, to simplicity, but above all, it is the love for people and the desire to do good.
