Sitio Vargem Grande

Sitio Vargem Grande is a farm that has been producing amazingly complex coffees, investing in many different fermentation techniques and drying methods to explore the potential of their farm. This particular lot goes through an Anaerobic fermentation, where the cherries are left to ferment in an oxygen-free environment, adding a complexity and flavor intensity not often found in Brazilian coffees. The resulting coffee is boozy and syrupy sweet, perfect for both black and milk-based coffees.

Bonanza Blend

We are always looking to improve our Blend with each season, with more sustainable and traceable components. The latest version of our blend is an in-house favorite. Our new relationship with Tulio Mambrini in Brazil gives us a coffee with delicious, chocolate-like sweetness and a bold, creamy body. This is balanced out with a new coffee from Cajamarca, Peru, offering deep forest fruit character. The result is our most easy-drinking iteration yet, offering notes of Dark Chocolate, Biscuit and Dark Cherry.

Gogogu Ethiopia

Gogogu hails from the famous Guji region of Ethiopia, renowned for its bright, clean and flavour-dense coffee. The Gogogu is a perfect representation of what we here at Bonanza strive for, a coffee that is both easy-going and complex, that can satisfy the more traditional palates, as well as the more experienced coffee-drinkers, all in a wonderfully sweet and round coffee, with beautiful flavour clarity and complexity. The Gogogu works perfectly as black espresso, as a base for milk drinks, or as filter. We are delighted to offer this coffee all year round as an essential part of our range.

Dark Roast

Our conventional mode is to roast as little as possible and let some truly remarkable coffee do the rest. Using our years of experience, pairing old to new methods of production and challenging our norm for a roast that is distinctly Bonanza, unconventionally we emulated a flavor profile that we once considered 'too far' . Here we present our take on the Dark Roast. Consistent and easy-to-brew, ideal for fully automatic machines, reliable for both a busy restaurant or at home.

€13.40

Las Brisas Guatemala

Las Brisas has been a long-time favourite of ours, offering the classic Guatemalan taste profile that we have come to love. Las Brisas is located in the New Oriente region of Guatemala, owned and managed by Marvin Carias, a small-scale producer who takes pride in his balanced and clean cup profiles. This lot is a washed Catuai varietal, giving sweet notes of brown sugar and milk chocolate, balanced out with rich, dry berry notes, making it a wonderfully syrupy espresso or a rich, sweet filter coffee

Gogogu Decaf Ethiopia

Gogogu is the perfect representation of what we strive for in a coffee. Something that is both easy-going and complex, that can satisfy the more traditional palates, as well as the more experienced coffee-drinkers. And now, we are incredibly happy to offer an exclusive decaffeinated version of one of our favourite coffees. Processed using the EA Sugarcane method allows the natural profile of the coffee to still shine through in the cup, something that we have aimed for in our Decaf offering. This is a specially processed batch just for Bonanza, and we are excited for everyone to taste it.

Bonanza coffee doesn’t have to taste that way. But it does. It’s not your typical. It's unnecessarily good. Maybe that's because we're unnecessarily driven. Unnecessarily curious. Unnecessarily obsessed. You could say we take things too far. And you’d actually be right. We go places that others wouldn’t. For us, “too far” is exactly where we want to be. All in the name of coffee.
