Bubbles are FiNE
In the category "Bubbles" we have included wines of two levels, i.e. prosecco - produced by the method called Martinotti or Charmat and Franciacorta - made using Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes, produced exclusively by the Classical or Champenoise method. The first of our wines is an extra dry prosecco from the wine region of northern Treviso with a lean taste and predominantly fruity tones of apple and pear. Ferrari Blanc de Blancs is the first wine produced by Giulio Ferrari at the beginning of the 20th century has kept its unmistakable style. This italian chardonnay based bubbly jewel is easily equal to french champagne.
