Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. It embodies all the fragrance and mineral taste of the Asolo hills. Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights and fine perlage, it has a fruity bouquet and full-bodied, sapid taste, completed by a dense, creamy foam. The low residual sugar content makes it suitable for accompanying all the courses in the meal.
Serve at 6-8° C.
