Born and raised in Frankfurt, we always spent our vacations with our family in sunny Calabria. There, the food was not only for the purpose of getting full, but also as a social event celebrated with friends and neighbors. While our parents prepared the main course, for example pasta with homemade tomato sauce, our Papanonno conjured up his notorious pizza with selected and fresh ingredients. We have kept this piece of home in Germany and now we would like to bring our tradition and the associated attitude towards life to the beautiful Nordend.
