We obtain our sustainable meat from the region, more precisely from the Uckermark. We know our farmer Hans Peter and his son Oscar personally. Direct contact with our suppliers is very important to us, because only in this way can we guarantee the consistent quality of our products. When we came together at Brgrs Brgrs, we set ourselves the goal of sourcing our products as regionally and locally as possible. Our meat and eggs, for example, are sourced exclusively from Hans Peter, our bacon from Brandenburg.
