At Capvin Pizza we preserve the genuine Neapolitan craftsmanship and add an original touch of something new. The special Nuvola flour was specially developed by our Maestro Vincenzo and the flour producer Caputo and gives the dough a distinctive cloudy structure. We source our original Italian ingredients directly from Naples and carefully select them locally according to the highest quality standards. In our restaurants, the pizzas then pass into the skilled hands of the "pizzaiuoli", our Neapolitan pizza bakers.
