Handmade Galettes (buckwheat flour)
Our galettes are made with 100% French buckwheat flour (farine de sarrasin), naturally gluten-free. Wheat flour is also available. We recommend buckwheat flour for savoury combinations. Each batch of dough is handmade in our Berlin Crêperie and prepared on traditional French Crêpes plates for authentic flavour and texture. Please note: traces of gluten may occur due to cross-contamination.
