Anemos Rkatsiteli is made from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in Akhmeta, Kakheti. The wine was on the lees for 10 months. It is light amber with a greenish-golden color, and has medium intensity aromas. White blizzard, melon, pink pear, shortbread, and light white rose tones are expressed. It has a full body with a creamy texture and a long warm finish. It is highly alcoholic, although the alcohol is well integrated
It has several years of aging potential. It goes perfectly with fish, poultry meat seasoned with spices accompanied by béchamel sauce, and a variety of cheeses.
