Bakery Siebert is still a true family business and the oldest bakery in Berlin. It was opened in 1906 by Lars Siebert's great-grandfather on Schönfließer Straße. For many years, we have been crafting healthy and delicious baked goods in our bakery and pastry shop according to proven artisanal tradition and with great attention to detail. Since 2021, our bakery has been run by Anke Siebert, representing the 5th generation. Our goal is to consistently impress you with our extensive range every day - that's why we create our delicate products fresh daily using only the best ingredients. As a popular breakfast spot, you can start your morning with us. With our wide selection of various sandwiches and fresh coffee, there's something for everyone and every appetite. In addition to our baked goods, we also create exceptional delights in our pastry shop, all made in-house.
