After a sensational 60 seconds, " Margharita " - the " mother of all pizzas " and since 2017 an official Unesco World Heritage Site - as well as " Marina " come out of the oven at a temperature of around 485° Celsius. All other pizzas are baked to perfection in no more than 2 minutes Solo i migliori - only the best, that's what matters. We share our demand for ingredients of the highest quality with our suppliers, our amici. From the Italian sausage factory of our delicatessen dealer Farnetani we obtain the finest salami and the most delicious ham. Likewise Lorenzo Farnetani supplies weekly first-class Fior di latte and buffalo mozzarella from Abruzzo. Guiseppe Giusti, who is the 17th generation to run the world's oldest Acetai, is responsible for our premium balsamicos from Modena. The uniquely fruity San Marzano tomatoes for our sauces come from selected Piantagioni Pomodori in Campania.
