About Wolt 💙 Wolt is a home delivery service that connects customers, restaurants or stores, and independent delivery drivers. How does it work? 🍕🍔🍣 Once you've created your account, choose what you want on Wolt and validate your order. Once your order is ready, a courier partner will collect it from the relevant establishment and deliver it to your previously selected address. How do I know what stage my order is at? 🚴‍♂️ You'll be kept informed of the various stages of delivery in real time, so you can keep track of the delivery driver in charge of your order. Is Wolt available in Luxembourg? 🇱🇺 Wolt is now live in Luxembourg. Verify if Wolt delivers to your address 🚀 What are the delivery times? ⏰ We are open: - Monday to Thursday from 10:30 to 22:00 - Friday to Sunday from 10:30 to 23:00. Is there a minimum order? 💰 The minimum order amount is €12. How much does delivery cost? 🤑 The delivery price is calculated for each order based on distance from the merchant, with a Wolt service fee on top. Sign up to Wolt+ for 0€ delivery fees. Will Wolt be delivering to my commune soon? 🚀 We're doing our utmost to extend our geographical coverage as quickly as possible, but first we want to make sure you have a fantastic experience! I'd like to become a delivery partner, how can I proceed ? 🚴‍♂️ If you desire to become a courier partner with Wolt, go on our website and follow the steps to begin your application process (https://explore.wolt.com/en/lux/couriers). You can also apply by downloading the Wolt Partner app either in the Apple Store or Google Store. Why don’t I see all discounts or promotions?👀 We regularly test different offers towards different customers to improve the experience for everyone. As a result, not all users will see the same promotions at the same time. Why didn’t I get a specific discount?😢 Not every offer is available to all users. We sometimes show promotions to a limited number of users for a short time in order to improve the overall experience of our service.💙 Am I being excluded based on personal characteristics?👀 No. We never select who sees offers based on personal characteristics such as age, gender, or location. Our approach ensures a fair and unbiased experience for all users. Will I be eligible for future discounts?💸 Yes. Offers change regularly and your eligibility may vary from one campaign to the next. Keep an eye out for new promotions in the app. Can I request to be included in an offer?💰 Unfortunately, we’re not able to manually add users to specific promotions. But rest assured that everyone will receive offers over time.💙
