How to use:
Mix 3 scoops 50 g of powder in 500 ml of water.
Drink during warm-up 250 ml as well as regularly during and after workout 150 ml every 15 min..

Hydration Best Practice For Athletes:
1. Stay hydrated. Drink liquids before, during and after the exercise.
2. Fuel body for energy. Choose a carbohydrates solutions over just water for the high-intensity exercise or the exercise lasting more than 1 hour.
3. Electrolytes are important. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions enhance the absorption of water during the physical exercise and contribute to maintain endurance during prolonged exercise.
4. Simple rule: Drink during warm-up 250 ml as well as regularly during 150 ml every 15 min. and after workout 500 ml. Increase this amounts up to 1,5-2 times in hot, humid conditions and during intensive exercise.
