40MG/ML (50ML)
Infacol Oral drops (Simethicone) is used to relieve the discomfort caused by infant colic. It is classified as an antiflatulent and it works by helping to expel trapped wind and air from the gut. Colic can cause pain and discomfort, which is due to the accumulation of small bubbles of gas becoming trapped inside the stomach. This medicine can help to bind these smaller bubbles into larger ones which are then easily released as wind. As a result of this, the pain occurring as a result of colic can be relieved, as well as wind and griping pain.
