Thanks to its wide surface (1,4 cm) and the unique porous texture, this pasta is particularly suitable to be paired with game sauces and fall/winter vegetables.
Curiosity: it seems that the name "Pappardelle" comes from the Italian verb "pappare", meaning eating with lot of eagerness, to gobble up: a well justified reaction when you see a so inviting pasta!
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs (33,4%). It may contain traces of soy and mustard.
