In the glass, it is bright yellow gold. In this wine, aromas of sweet pear merge with a fresh saline scent. The palate is characterised by a creamy, slightly waxy texture that is not typical, but which counterpoints a lively lemon acidity. A savoury note of mature cheese leads to a long, savoury finish. Pinot Gris is a very versatile wine, in fact it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with hot first courses, foie gras, grilled meat, medium-fat cheeses and, finally, it can accompany fresh fruit.
