Pinot Noir Lapis Luna comes from selected Pinot Noir clones from Pommard. After harvest, the grapes undergo a first warm soaking for 3 days and then undergo cold soaking. This gives the wine an intense color, structure but at the same time ensures freshness. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then it aged for 8 months in oak barrels, 10% new.
Lapis Luna Pinot Noir is juicy, spicy, with ripe tannins and plenty of fruit.
