An expressive, deep and mineral wine. On the nose, it is elegant, with aromas of Mediterranean white fruit and light notes of white flowers that stand out. In the mouth, it is voluminous, with a good body and a very long finish.
Vines are over 60 years old. As far as vinification, it is destemmed, pressed, fermented in stainless steel, and aged for about 6 months. The malolactic fermentation is spontaneous. Before bottling, it rests 3 months in stainless steel deposits with its fine lees. Unfiltered, unfined, no sulfur, no acidifying. As natural as it gets. Common denominator in all of their wines is low alcohol and cutting acidity. Real quaffable stuff!
