A superb example of natural Roditis; one of Greece’s highly valued varieties. Floral aromas of bitter lemon, lemon rind, basil and thyme with hints of bread crust and wet terracotta. The palate is fruity and expressive with notes of Candied lemon peel, yellow pear, melon, butter and honey on toast with a mineral finish. We recommend serving this natural white wine chilled (around 10C-12C) and opening 20-30 minutes before serving. Excellent with roast fish or goats cheese.
