The Robola of Evryviadis Sclavos is a landmark for the winemaking style of the great producer of Kefalonia. Thick and ripe with excellent texture but also great precision as a result of the fresh natural acidity. It has all the characteristics that make the wines of Sclavos so unique. Over 90% of the vineyards are autocratic. They come from the heights of Ainos while the yields are extremely low due to the poverty of the limestone soils which are full of stones. This characteristic soil also gives the name Vino di Sasso to Robola of Euribiades. The gentle natural vinification protocol means a wine with minimal sulphite and no other interventions. This is a uniquely generous expression of the Kefalonian variety with lots of smoke and mineral elements.
