It is produced by the Agouridis distillery. Tentoura is the traditional drink of Patras, it has a very sweet, pleasant, mellow taste and a dark color. The main extracts from which Tentoura Premium Quality liqueur is made are cloves and cinnamon. It is used in cooking as a flavoring, in food, in sweets, in coffee and in cocktail drinks. The company 'Andrea P. Agouridis Sons', due to its many years of presence in the distillery industry, is one of the few that retains the right to produce the Protected Origin spirit 'Tentoura of Patras'. It is drunk plain at room temperature, with ice as an aperitif, or as a digestif after eating due to its ingredients. Serving temperature ranges from 8°-10°C or 18°-22°C accordingly.
