Fine lentils of the “Samos” variety, grown on the island of Lemnos by local producers. Salamousas Agrifood, based in Moudros, Lemnos, offers a range of traditional products derived from local varieties of the island, reviving the cultivation of the seeds that characterize the island as the “Wheatbelt of the Aegean” from the estates of Eastern Lemnos, as well as in cooperation with local producers.
