Bon appetit! 😍 #Elvina’sSyrnikiRecipe 👩🏼🍳 Ingredients: - 1 large egg - 200gr cottage cheese - vanilla sugar - 2-3 spoons of flour - coconut flakes - butter - raspberry jam - condensed milk 1️⃣ Beat egg until smooth. Whisk in quark cheese, flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix well until dough is thick and sticky. Add coconut flakes to the mixture. 2️⃣ Divide dough into several portions. Form into balls and coat with some flour. Flatten slightly to form into discs. 3️⃣ Heat butter over medium-low heat. Add the syrniki; fry until browned, 5 minutes per side. 4️⃣ Serve with raspberry jam and condensed milk. Bon appetite! 😊 #Elvina’sOvernightOatmealRecipe 👩🏼🍳 Ingredients: - oats - cacao - flax seed - blueberry - bananas 1️⃣ To start, combine old fashioned oats, flax seeds and cacao. You can use a bowl, a mason jar or just some glass cups. 2️⃣ Next, add almond milk. Then, mix the overnight oats together until you see no clumps. 3️⃣ Seal or cover with a lid, and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. 4️⃣ The next morning, grab a spoon, add bananas and blueberries and dig in!
