Kasap Doner was founded in 2010 by Saritash company, which had been specializing in meat production for 67 years at that point. The main reason behind it was desire to bring unique quality of meat to doners, which are one of the most popular dishes in fast food industry. The goal was not only to stand out with the quality of meat, but also with the quality of restaurant in general.
