Bubble House Waffles is a Bulgarian brand specializing in the preparation of Bubble Waffles and Bubble Tea drinks. We started back in 2019, during tough times for everyone. Our goal was to be innovative and bring a unique dessert, concept, and visual style to the Bulgarian market. Our first location opened in Burgas, and what started as a small kiosk turned into the most recognizable Bubble brand in the country within just three years. Today, you can find us in three major cities in Bulgaria: Sofia, Plovdiv, and Burgas. We don’t just make waffles — we create food art! Our waffles follow a special signature recipe and are freshly made in under 2 minutes. They’re topped with a variety of add-ons, chocolates, and ice creams. You can custom-build your own waffle with your favorite flavors, or choose from our menu of hand-picked, unique combinations. Our Bubble Tea drinks are made using both original Taiwanese recipes and our own signature creations. You’ve never had a waffle like this before!
