Hello, we are Vladi and Veni – friends since school. Our story with Caruso Pizza begins on March 22, 2019. We were young enthusiasts wanting to open “SOMETHING” without any experience or knowledge. That’s how we “landed” at 52 G. S. Rakovski Street. We opened our first little pizzeria there, and we literally poured our hearts into it. And to this day, it holds our greatest sentiment. Later, we opened the second Caruso pizzeria in Mladost. We went through a lot, survived many difficult moments, but that taught us even more. We managed to connect with the best in the industry. We prepare traditional, authentic Neapolitan pizza with all our love and dedication!
