We use unrefined cane sugar, dates, maple syrup, coconut sugar, honey, or other alternatives to white sugar for sweetening. The foods we offer contain no added salt. The cakes are colored with natural dyes and decorated with various elements such as cardboard, macarons, fruits, appropriate flowers, and/or toys. We use fresh ingredients—from eggs to creams to fruits. We prepare our products without powders, mixes, preservatives, or artificial colorings, and we believe that every celebration deserves delicious treats!
