It is often argued that business and friendship do not go hand in hand and should not be mixed. However, we believe it is possible. Here's our example. The story begins when Dan Isai decided it was time to offer a new concept to the Romanian market based on healthy eating. Three of his good friends join him on this adventure. In April 2012 they opened the first Salad Box restaurant, located in Cluj - Napoca, the second largest city in Romania. The healthy eating concept became so popular that in just one year they opened 12 more restaurants. And that's just the beginning....It didn't take long for Salad Box to become the third largest fast food chain with more than 50 restaurants and 600 employees across Romania. In 2016 Salad Box entered Hungary and Algeria. In 2017 Salad Box opened in the USA and the UK. The first UK outlet to open is located in London, Kingston.
