This is the place for signature interpretations by Chef Vladimir Todorov, adding variety to Sofia's street food culture with a Japanese twist. The concept for Sando Shop was born in just two hours, during a late-night walk through the streets, with everything—from the menu to the interior—jotted down on a phone. Every detail was thought through, right down to the cats.
