Ingredients: wheat flour, white cabbage, surimi (cod, sugar, sorbitol, polyphosphate), water, shrimp 10%, onion, tofu (soybean powder, water, soybean oil, squid, potato starch, garlic, corn oil, oyster sauce [OYSTER EXTRACT, water, sugar, flavor enhancer (E621), modified starch, wheat flour, dye, shrimp powder, dextrin, sugar, flavor enhancers - sodium glutamate, glycine, disodium 5-ribonucleotides), salt, ginger, soybean oil, emulsifier - soy lecithin, humectant - sorbitol. Cooking Instructions:
For best results, cook without pre-thawing.
- Pan frying: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Then add about 4 tablespoons of water (60 ml) to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes under a lid.
Then remove the lid and cook again for 1 minute until the water comes to a boil.
-Boiling: cook for about 3 minutes 30 seconds in boiling water.
-Steam cooking: place frozen gyoza in a pre-greased oiled basket. Steam cook at 100°C for about 5 minutes.
-Deep -frying: fry at 170-180°C for about 2 minutes 30 seconds.
