Directions for use: herring pickle seasoning is intended for dry fish salting. Rub 750 gr of fish with the seasoning and put in a non-oxidizing bowl and take out after 1 - 2 days. Store the ready fish in the refrigerator. Add by taste at the rate of 30 g of seasoning per 750 g of herring.
