How to use:
Mix 2½ scoops 50 g of powder and 500 ml of water. ENERGY powder dissolve in water slowly, so recommended fill ¼ of bottle with water, add full dose of powder and shake carefully 10 sec., after that wait 5 min., and top of fill rest water. You can mix ENERGY with warm or cold drinks as well as other meals such as yoghurt, cottage, porridge, sauce or soup.
Advices on how to use complex carbohydrates:
1. For Preworkout Energize to increase carbohydrate intake: mix 50-75 g of carbohydrates with the meal or drink and consume 1-2 hours before workout.
2. For Carbo-Loading to increase the storage of glycogen: take 0,5 g of carbohydrates per 1 kg of body weight 4-6 times during high carb diet days.
3. For Sports Energy Drink to energize during workout: mix 50 g of carbohydrates and 500 ml water.
