Banon
It is exclusively made from raw and whole goat's milk. It is matured in brown chestnut leaves, bound by a sprig of natural raffia.
Cream or golden in color, its creamy heart-shaped paste delivers to the palate all the delicate flavors of the courses and undergrowth of Haute-Provence. A subtle blend of sweets and strong flavors, this cheese of character is also unique in its manufacturing technique: the "sweet curd".
