Chaource Aop 300g
Chaource is a French cheese, originally manufactured in the village of Chaource in the Champagne-Ardenne region.
Chaource is a cow's milk cheese.
This cheese melts in mouth like snow. When it has matured to a more advanced stage, one can observe reddish stripes on the rind, the interior, however, remains white. The aroma of Chaource is not unlike that of creamy mushrooms. Its slightly sour taste is tempered by a salty savor. Great when eaten Alsace Pinot Noir or a champagne.
