A crystallized flower is simply a flower that can be eaten.
It was created through a unique process of coating the flower with a mixture of Acacia gum and sugar. Then the sugar crystallizes naturally, which allows the flower to be preserved as it is. An "almost" eternal flower!
Ingredients: sugar, natural violet flower, coating agent: acacia aroma gum.
