Sliced Iberian Lomo 75G
The Lomo is the loin that runs along the spine of the pig, not very fatty and lightly seasoned, it is then matured for several months to reveal all its flavors.
It is made from the meat of Iberian cebo de campo pigs raised in semi-freedom with a diet consisting of fodder, natural pastures and partly acorns that they eat in freedom in the Dehesa.
Raised and matured in the South of Spain in Guijuelo (D.O.P)
