Vintage Sardines 2018 Coralie Joulin “Lulu In An Indian Sari” - Perle Des Dieux
In 2018, the artist-painter Coralie Joulin offers us a new work for our vintage sardines. For this vintage, our muse Mademoiselle Lulu enhances our pretty box with captivating and feminine colors at the same time. But still in a haute-couture atmosphere, Mademoiselle Lulu inspires grace in her Indian sari and her lace parasol. Our vintage sardines are caught off Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (in Vendée) at the best time of the year between July and August to allow our little blue fish to obtain a fat level higher than 12%. Since 2004, vintage sardines have been the specialty of La Perle des Dieux. Our sardine boats nest the sardines by hand within 48 hours of fishing. Like fine wine, vintage sardines improve over time. If you keep it by turning the can every 6 months or so, it will become more melting and creamier!
