One component manual polyurethane foam
Features
One-component, moisture-curing, semi-rigid polyurethane foam with excellent
cell structure and high mechanical strength. It is easy to use and apply with the included straw. The foam is self-expanding and by the time it hardens it will expand close to 2 to 2.5 times. Excellent adhesion to most
building materials - wood, concrete, stone, metal, etc.
The amount of hardened foam depends to a large extent on the working conditions - temperature, air humidity, space for expansion, etc. The product does not contain chlorinated and fluorinated hydrocarbons (CFC)
under pressure.
Preparation of the base
The bases must be stable, clean and free of substances that could prevent adhesion. To ensure complete and uniform curing of the foam, moisten mineral, porous substrates (brick, concrete, limestone) with a water spray to improve adhesion. Protect adjacent areas with foil. Surfaces may be wet but not frozen or icy.
Application
•Operating temperature: from +5 °C to +30 °C.
• Vial temperature: from +5 °C to +30 °C. It is recommended
that the vial be stored for at least 12 hours at room temperature.
Application method
• Shake the bottle vigorously before use (15-20
times).
•Screw the plastic tube tightly onto the vial.
•The dispensing of the emerging foam is controlled by pressing the trigger.
• Dose the foam sparingly; fill the gasket about 50% as the foam will expand.
•Shake regularly during application.
•Remove fresh stains from uncured foam with PU foam cleaner or acetone. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically.
