A unique wine with a deep red color inspired by the three varieties combined in the blend.
Aromas
Red and black fruits and sweet spices are combined with a vanilla, leather and tobacco finish created by the ageing of wine for 12months in oak 225-casks.
Palate
Α well-structured, full-body with velvet tannins and long spicy finish.

A 5-days color extraction at 14oC for each of the three varieties separately and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for each variety separately.

The blend ages for 12months in French and American 2nd and 3rd used barrels of 225lt.
