Region: P.G.I. Macedonia Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Cabernet Franc 40%, Merlot 10% Nico Lazaridi proudly presents the Joe Lynn Turner signature wine “King of Dreams”, commemorating the legendary rock vocalist for his internationally acclaimed talent and artistry. This specially created blend takes its name from Turner’s most popular song during his collaboration with the band “Deep Purple” and captures the classic and melodious flavor of his vocal style and performance. Color Deep ruby color with garnet shades Aromas Intense and complex nose reminiscent of red mature fruit (strawberry, cherry) and black fruit (blackcurrant, plum, fig) harmonically combined with notes of chocolate, coffee, tobacco and coconut, spices and some hints of botanical notes. Palate Full mouth with high levels of round tannins, medium acidity and a long aftertaste. Vinification Method Classic red vinification with a long extraction, increasing the proportion of the grapes/must in order to achieve a greater output in tannins and color giving a long life at the final product. Ages for 18-20 months in new French oak barrels and stays in the bottle for 18 or more months in ideal cellar conditions.
