Region: Marlborough Body: Full Volume: 75 cl Aromas Ripe dark and red cherry, brambly fruits, spice and leather, with a hint of smoky oak. A hint of savory herbs and subtle spicy oak notes, marked acidity, ripe tannins and long finish. Pair it with Venison, duck, game, roasted beetroot, lamb, and earthy wild mushrooms. Vinification Hand-picked fruit, destemmed, crushed and cold soaked for 5 days. Fermented at warm temperature with wild yeast in small open-top vats. Punch downs followed by a light pressing. Aged in French oak barriques for 10 months.
