Produced only in the best years in extremely limited quantities from the best red grapes of Valpolicella 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 5% Oseleta which are left to dry in boxes until late winter and in that period vinified traditionally. A great wine with dark brick ruby color, ethereal, intense, reminiscent of the scents of the precious woods with which the wine is aged. It's taste is bitter, intense and velvety.
