Between Paul and Willy of course, but also the links between the people working in the vineyard or between the producers. “We would like to produce a wine that gives a smile to the person drinking it. We would like to produce a wine that somebody can enjoy as much as we have fun by producing it”.
Amiami Vice is more than just a shit hot label, the wines nothing short of a Glou Glou masterpiece. 50% Savagnin from a young Île-de-France vines. The other 50% is made of of half Chardonnay and Aligoté from a young Burgundy vines. A cuvée made in collaboration with with Pierric Petit, Les Côteux du Montguichet. Seconde fermentation takes place in bottle.
