Emilios Andrey "paints" on old prophylloxeric vines of the Kotsifali variety giving an excellent version of mountain viticulture wine from vineyards inland of Chania, at the foot of the White Mountains. Refinement, fruit, "air" are elements that characterize this fine wine. The technique of fermentation with whole bunches enhances the elegance of the wine and its floral character. A wine not so much of structure but more of energy, freshness and immediacy, with moderate alcohol and ultra-elegant structure in the mouth. A very fresh vinification approach that treads on the fantastic raw material that old premnas give and comes to be added next to the excellent Muscat Spinas of the Aori winery. If you prefer "bombs" it's probably not your wine!
