Vinification/Maturation: Vinification begins with the pre-fermentation cold extraction method in a controlled environment. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks which takes place slowly, at controlled temperatures.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Dominant aromas of white flowers and fresh fruits with hints of lemon blossom. Medium to rich body, with main characteristics of freshness and intense acidity.
