Vinification / Maturation: Vinification begins with the pre-fermentation cold extraction method in a controlled environment. This is followed by the alcoholic fermentation that takes place slowly, at controlled temperatures. The wine remains for 2 months in the fine wine lees with periodic stirring.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Delicate floral and fruity aromas with notes of lemon. Rich body in harmonious balance with acidity and lively aftertaste.
