Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 50% Yield: 400kg/0.25 acres Vinification: Careful grape selection, lengthy extraction and controlled fermentation at 18 Co degrees Celsius. Aging in oak barrels for 18 months.
Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color, concentrated aromas of black forest berries, intense spices, leather and chocolate. Strong tannins in the mouth, plum and wild strawberries, ground black pepper and vanilla. Long and gratifying aftertaste.
